What you get

A free screening of product text against EU rules on nutrition and health claims, with a reference to the rule behind every finding. No account is needed. We limit how many scans one visitor can run per day so the tool stays available to everyone.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that findings are complete or correct, that a clean result means a text is lawful, or that the rule data is current at the moment you read it. See the disclaimer for what the scanner does and does not check.

How you may use it

  • Scan pages you own, or pages you have a legitimate reason to review. Do not use the URL scanner to work around another site's access rules — we respect robots.txt and expect you to respect it too.
  • Do not run automated bulk scanning against the free service. If you need volume, get in touch and we will find a way that works.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or reach parts of it that are not public.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Holm IT AB is not liable for losses arising from use of the free scanner, including decisions made on the basis of a scan result. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the free service, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to bring the matter elsewhere.
